Join us for a Champagne-filled feast in the heart of The Cotswolds with Michelin-starred, The Wild Rabbit

Head Chef Tim Allen and his team serve up a menu which is the perfect balance of refinement and hearty flavours. Paired with Laurent-Perrier’s range of fine champagnes, it’s a match made in heaven.

Executive Chef Tim AllenJoin us on Tuesday 4th April for a Michelin-starred, celebratory seasonal menu that seamlessly complements the subtle flavours of Laurent-Perrier’s handcrafted champagnes.

The will begin with an aperitif of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV served with freshly baked Gougeres canapés before moving to the dining room and the first course of Cornish Cock Crab, served with Celeriac, Green Apple and Yeast.

Tim and his team will follow this with Quail served with Confit Bacon, Barbecued Cabbage, Spiced Cranberry and Crispy Egg, paired with the vibrant, red-fruit flavours of our iconic Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.

Laurent-Perrier's extensive rangeThe highlight of the evening promises to be Tim’s Rump of Veal with Truffle Puree, First of the Season Asparagus and Mushrooms on Toast, served with a glass of Laurent-Perrier’s prestige cuvée, the elegant multi-vintage Grand Siècle.

Pudding will be a refreshing Organic Buttermilk and Lemon complemented by a glass of Laurent-Perrier’s crisp Ultra Brut.

Finally, the evening will come to a close with a cheese plate of Beaufort and Tomme de Yenne, served with Last Season’s Apricots, Toasted Almond and a glass of Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2006.

Laurent-Perrier ambassadors will be on hand throughout the evening to talk guests through the unique history and characters of each of these fine champagnes and to answer any questions you may have on what makes champagne and Laurent-Perrier such a perfect pairing with good food and good company.

The evening costs £120 per head and we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. A deposit of £50 per person is required on all bookings.
